Hello my reader friends. So I used to enjoy Top Ten Tuesday – and I still do, but I find it hard sometimes to follow the prompts. I’d rather just do whatever comes to my mind. I’ve been sharing on Instagram the past couple of weeks and decided to start bringing it here as well. These lists won’t necessarily be “Top Ten” – just a list compiled of whatever topic I decide on that week. I guess if you want to call it something you can call it Book List Tuesday. 😉
And blogging friends or social media friends – feel free to join me each week in making your own list! I’d love to have you!
This week I’m talking about historical fiction reads. In high school history was so boring, and unfortunately I think it’s due to my teachers. They didn’t really teach – just handed us a history book and expected us to memorize dates. I hated it. But since I’ve found historical fiction novels, I have found myself falling in love with history. It’s not boring after all! The books I have here today are just a teeny tiny glimpse of some of the historical fiction reads that have me wanting to learn more, or showing me that history is not so boring after all!
